Melanie Brzozowski is the Service Manager at All Seasons Pools & Spas, where she oversees daily operations and ensures exceptional customer service. She also volunteers her time serving as the Midwest Chapter’s WAVE Committee Chair and has served on the National PHTA WAVE Committee since 2019. For her dedication to the growth of the industry and support of the industry’s next generation of pool professionals, Melanie was awarded PHTA’s Young Professional of the Year award in 2024.

Laura Carew is the assistant editor for AQUA Magazine, where she crafts articles to spread pool and spa knowledge to every corner of the industry. After just two years in the pool and spa world, she loves to see the strong community and pursuit of excellence that keeps this industry moving forward.

Gaelan Seibold is the Service Manager for Penguin Pools in New Berlin, Wisconsin. He greatly values training, education, and excellent customer service. His team was recognized as a Top 50 Service Company by PSN in 2025 and 2026. He is a Certified Service Professional and has sat on the Midwest Chapter’s WAVE Committee since its inception

Ben Schuelke worked for 13 years with his dad and family friends in the retail part of the pool industry before his current role in distribution.

I work in the pool and spa industry with a background in operations, marketing, and customer experience. Since joining the industry in 2016, I’ve grown through hands-on experience across many areas of the business, with a focus on improving processes, supporting teams, and enhancing the customer experience.

I’m passionate about contributing to the growth of our industry and supporting the next generation of professionals. I’m currently on the Midwest PHTA WAVE Young Professionals Committee, I collaborate with peers to promote education, networking, and leadership development within the pool and spa community.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, kayaking, and photography, any chance to get outdoors and explore.

I’ve been in the pool industry since 2014 and have enjoyed every step along the way. I started in retail, helping customers with water testing and chemical sales, and in 2018 moved into inside and outside sales. Since then, I’ve worked on everything from liner installations to complete backyard renovations. I love helping homeowners bring their outdoor living dreams to life and take pride in building lasting relationships with my customers. When it comes to work, I enjoy being social, connecting with people, and making the entire process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. Outside of work, I love being with family & friends and to travel to different places!
